Duncan Recycling & Refining LLC (DRR) proposes to construct and operate a facility in Duncan OK to recover platinum from recycled automobile catalytic converters. This facility will refine scrap automotive and industrial catalyst material and recover the embedded platinum group metals; platinum, palladium and rhodium. The core technology is an advanced plasma arc furnace with a 98% recovery efficiency. Plant willl produce over $450k of platinum group metals per day on $10k per day of cost
